For orders placed before 2pm Melbourne time, Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch on the next business day. Public holidays and warehouse closures may affect this timing.

Delivery times are estimates. Regional, remote and northern Australian destinations can take longer. Contact Bline before ordering if a bulky product needs special delivery arrangements.

For rugs and furniture, check packaged dimensions and weight against doorways, hallways, stairs and lifts. Contact Bline before ordering if there are stairs, narrow entrances, limited parking or other access restrictions. Delivery upstairs or into a particular room is not guaranteed unless agreed beforehand.

Provide an accurate street address and arrange someone to receive bulky items and help move them after delivery where needed. Advise us about access restrictions before placing your order.

After dispatch, we will email available tracking information. Items may arrive in separate deliveries. Contact Bline for help with a significant delay or tracking problem.

For change-of-mind returns, email Bline within five days of delivery with your order number and “RETURN REQUEST”. Return goods within 30 days of the invoice: unused, unwashed, with intact packaging, tags and proof of purchase. You pay return freight; original delivery charges are not refunded. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 business days after receipt and inspection; banking delays may follow.

Exchanges use the return-and-reorder process. Request cancellation promptly; processed or dispatched orders may be too late. Custom rugs require advance payment and cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind once production starts.

For faults, damage or incorrect goods, contact Bline with your order details and photos for assessment and return instructions. Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund.

Screen colours and handcrafted rugs can vary; rug dimensions have a 5% tolerance. Furniture carries a 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty for normal residential use, excluding wear, misuse, poor care, weather and commercial use.

Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected, including your choice of refund or replacement for major failures.
